Straight Rows (Bag Depth)
Work straight rows with no increases.
Row 21–25: 105 sc
These rows determine the depth of the bag.

Total rows so far: 25

Edge Stitches
Work sc along the edge.
Total stitches: 50 sc
(1 stitch per row)
The foundation chain counts as the first stitch,
so skip the first row
and start from the second row.

Keep the yarn tight while working this section.
Second Panel
The first row of the second panel is the foundation chain.
Work 5 rows of sc
worked in both loops.
Fasten off.

Make a second identical piece using the same steps and stitch counts.
Before cutting the yarn,
leave a long tail for sewing.
Sewing & Assembly
Turn the bag inside out
so the seam is on the inner side.
First, sew the 5 rows together,
row to row.
Then sew stitch to stitch,
inserting the needle under both loops of each stitch.

Handle
Using easy-to-open rings,
attach both sides
at the last increase row on each side.
For the handle:
Work 4 sc in width on the clasp
until reaching about 50 cm in length.
Fold the handle
and sew the rows together.
